Hi everyone, I haven't had much self confidence since I was a kid. Starting in high school, I don't know why, but as soon as I do something in front of other people, I get so nervous that my hands shake. Since then, I always worry that I will be ridiculed and looked down upon for having shaky hands, and I am afraid that no one will want to make friends with me. But the more I was afraid, the more my hands trembled, and this problem bothered me for years. Because of this, I don't dare to express myself, I can't find a good job, I don't dare to fall in love, I'm 30 years old, I'm under a lot of pressure, and I even feel a little bit depressed, physically and mentally exhausted. What should I do? I've tried counseling, but it doesn't have much effect. My body is not feeling well, and my hands and feet are often numb and weak.

Hello building owner! I find it easy and reassuring to get along with someone with an easy-going personality like you. If in reality, I would definitely like to be friends with you and take care of you more.
I've gone through phases of not feeling confident before, and that's when I had friends who reached out to help and protect me. Looking back, I am very grateful to them. In fact, it's not a bad thing to show weakness appropriately to get help instead, it's too strong but makes people feel distant.
Everyone is different, but all can tolerate each other. So don't get discouraged, it's normal to be nervous, don't blame yourself too much. And with more practice, you'll definitely get braver!
