Every morning when I wake up, still in a daze, a voice comes out of nowhere and wakes me up, and then a strong feeling of anxiety comes up. This voice always says something negative, such as "I haven't found a job yet, when will I settle down", "I can't do anything well, the future is confusing", "I am 31 years old and still haven't got married, I am worried that it will be difficult to have a child in the future" and so on. I'm worried that it will be difficult to have a child in the future" and so on. It's this kind of negative conversation that directly affects my mood, and this kind of strong feeling lasts for a while, making me as irritable as I am when I get out of bed. Where the hell is this voice coming from? What can I do to change this situation?
Hi, I'm Yoyo Heaven and Earth, a psychological service provider.
When I'm half-asleep, I think about how things aren't going so well in my life, my career, my marriage, and so I get up huffing and puffing, with a particularly heavy dose of negativity that ruins the good mood of the day.
It seems that you're not too happy with where you are, and there's always a voice in your ear reminding you that you're irritable and full of anxiety.

I totally understand how you feel. It's normal to be older and have little real progress on a lot of things, to be stressed out and have a hard time dealing with it calmly, which is a knot in your stomach that many people your age will have.
I have a question that I hope will enlighten you:
What happened to make you feel so stressed?
Let me share my thoughts and suggestions:
1. Adjustment of mindset: things have to be done one by one, there is no hurry. Face everything in life openly, don't avoid it.

2. Communicate more: Talk to your friends and family about your feelings and get help from your social support system.
3. Self-growth and awareness: learn to observe yourself, make objective evaluations of yourself, and don't beat yourself up.
Good luck!!!
