Recently, I have been feeling a lot of congestion in my heart, and I'm not sure why I'm like this. To be honest, the company's training courses make me feel particularly unreliable, the content is mediocre, for example, the kind of training to let the child stare at the card to see, simply too low-level, completely no eyes to see.
A while ago I always hide my true thoughts, making myself especially tired, obviously have something to say but can't say it, the feeling of repression is getting heavier and heavier.
I'm not very happy working here either, mainly because no one takes the initiative to recognize me and I feel neglected, plus I have little communication with my co-workers and the relationship is distant, which adds to the problem.

What the hell am I supposed to do? Do I have to force myself to change? But inside I resist change, so I'm conflicted.
Hey, a warm hug to you first! I'm so glad to see you share this and I hope my advice gives you a little support. It's been great that you've been able to pick up on your low self-esteem, your need for recognition in the workplace, and reached out for help.
Our relationship with the outside world actually reflects the way we get along with ourselves inside. Your dissatisfaction with the company culture or your fear of not being accepted after expressing it mostly stems from not being confident enough in yourself and always denying yourself. What do you think?
As a mature working professional, the work environment does affect motivation and efficiency. If you think you have a good idea, try communicating it honestly to your leaders, but accept the reality that they may not adopt it - after all, company culture is discussed and represents the collective voice. Wouldn't you say?
If you're afraid to even try, it's easy to fall into a cycle of self-doubt, dismissing yourself first and thinking that the idea must not get through, which only drains energy. Do you think that's the reasoning?
Now that you realize that this preconceived belief is bothering you, the next step is to learn to be more accepting of yourself and boost your self-confidence. Only when you are strong inside can you be brave enough to express your thoughts and stop caring too much about what others think because you know who you are. Cheer up!
I'm Lilly the Answer House Little Ears, the world and I love you.
