Are you often caught in a cycle of arguing and explaining, always trying to get others to agree with you?
But in hindsight, it doesn't make much sense, so why is it like that?
What is the problem?
What can be done to change this state of affairs?
Hi, owner! I'm Kohoku, the social worker. Nice to talk to you.

First of all, a warm hug to you, and very much understand how you feel. From your description, I can see that you often get the other person's attention by arguing in the hope of being recognized and proved right.
This may have something to do with our childhood experiences. For example, as a child you may have lacked initiative or had your own ideas but were denied by your parents, only to find out that your choice was the right one.
Or maybe, you've always been a person who doesn't get much attention. But in life, it's perfectly normal that we all crave to be seen and recognized. Many people spend their lives seeking affirmation from others.
Later we realize that even with external recognition, we are still empty inside. Because this kind of fulfillment is short-lived and superficial. True fulfillment comes from within, to do those things that you find meaningful and that you truly love.
Good luck~ (whale social worker 🐳)
